PlanMyVibes is a local experience discovery platform that helps travelers discover carefully selected experiences, activities and local recommendations in Cavtat, Dubrovnik and future destinations.

PlanMyVibes operates as a recommendation and communication platform connecting travelers with independent local experience providers.

PlanMyVibes is currently operated as an independent digital platform by its founder. Once a legal entity is established, these Terms may be updated accordingly.

We carefully select the experiences and activities listed on PlanMyVibes based on our local knowledge, experience and recommendations.

However, PlanMyVibes does not own, operate or directly provide the listed activities. All activities are provided by independent third-party operators.

When you contact PlanMyVibes regarding an activity, we may assist you by communicating with the relevant local operator and helping arrange the requested reservation.

In some cases, PlanMyVibes may inform you that a reservation has been confirmed based on information received from the relevant operator.

However, the actual service agreement is made between you and the independent third-party provider. PlanMyVibes is not the provider of the activity and does not become responsible for the performance of the service.

We strive to keep all information on PlanMyVibes accurate and up to date. However, prices, availability, schedules, routes, included services, cancellation rules and other activity details may change without prior notice.

Final prices, availability and conditions are determined by the relevant third-party provider. PlanMyVibes does not guarantee that all information displayed on the website will always be complete, accurate or current.

At this stage, PlanMyVibes does not process payments through the website. Any payment for an activity is made directly to the independent third-party provider, according to their own payment terms.

PlanMyVibes is not responsible for payment disputes, refunds, deposits, chargebacks or other financial matters between travelers and providers.

Cancellation policies are determined by each independent third-party provider. If an activity is cancelled, changed or unavailable, the responsibility lies with the relevant provider.

PlanMyVibes may assist with communication where possible, but we are not responsible for cancellations, delays, weather-related changes, operational changes or provider decisions.

If you are dissatisfied with an activity, complaint or refund request, you should contact the relevant third-party provider directly.

You may also share your feedback with the PlanMyVibes team so we can better understand your experience and improve our recommendations. However, PlanMyVibes is not responsible for resolving disputes between travelers and third-party providers.

Submitting a request through PlanMyVibes does not guarantee availability or confirmation of an activity.

A reservation is only considered confirmed when confirmation is received based on availability provided by the relevant third-party operator.

All content on PlanMyVibes, including text, design, images, branding and layout, is provided for informational and promotional purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use PlanMyVibes content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

PlanMyVibes may contain links to third-party websites, services or communication channels, including WhatsApp. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, terms or actions of third-party platforms or providers.

When using third-party services, their own terms and privacy policies apply.

PlanMyVibes is currently in an early testing phase. During this period, the platform is free for travelers and local partners.

The purpose of this testing phase is to improve the platform, build trust and create value for visitors exploring Cavtat and Dubrovnik.

PlanMyVibes may introduce paid services, commissions, booking functionality or other business models in the future. If this happens, these Terms will be updated accordingly.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
